Otrivin Nasal Drops Adult 10ml acts quickly to relieve a blocked or runny nose caused by colds, flu, sinusitis or hayfever through the action of opening up and clearing nasal passages by reducing swollen blood vessels. It provides long lasting relief and acts within 5-10 minutes.Active Ingredients:Xylometazoline hydrochloride (1.0 mg/mL)Also contains: Benzalkonium chloride, sodium chloride, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, disodium phosphate dedecahydrate, (KEYWORD REMOVED), sorbitol, (KEYWORD REMOVED) and purified water.Directions:For adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: 2 or 3 drops into each nostril, 2 to 3 times daily, as needed.
